Move any and all file requirements to index.php or framework.php
Right now we have a variety of core files with their own require_once payloads. We should centralize these on the main framework payload. Performance overhead is minimal for such a change and it makes it much easier to see what the program actually needs to run.
There's an argument to be made that this increases overhead. In theory it could, because you'd be pulling in files not necessary all the time. In practice all the files I saw that do this while documenting the code were all pointing to the same requirements, so it's going to be stuff needed through large tracts of the code anyways.
